  This agency used to have great customer service, but somewhere along the line they've stopped caring about their customers. I've been with Steven Silvester for three years, and my mother had been with them for over 20 (she is also no longer with them since their customer service has begun to stink). I moved out of state and tried to cancel my policy, since it was no longer needed. I called and was told to send an email, I sent an email with the requested information and asked to receive confirmation. No one ever responded to me. Two weeks later I received an email about my payment being late, I logged in only to find that my policy had not been cancelled. I called and was told that the matter would be looked into and I would receive a call back. I waited two days and never received a call. When I called again, I was greeted with attitude, interruptions, and no apology. I was promised the matter would be looked into and I would receive a call back by the end of the day. Guess what? I never received a call. I left a voicemail Friday afternoon. I sent an email as well expressing my frustration. I was called back Monday morning. The woman calling said she was returning my call but didn't know what I needed. Apparently, she hadn't listened to my voicemail and no one had read my email because, surprise! It hadn't been responded to. Seriously? Clearly, I was forgotten about AGAIN. After being PROMISED a call back. When I expressed my frustration, once again I was continually interrupted and treated rudely, and once again, no apology. She simply said "Well, I'm calling you back now!" ... I was told to forward my original email to someone else. I did so. They checked they had received it. They had. It has now been an hour since I sent that email and had that phone call and I have STILL not heard back or had confirmation that my policy is cancelled, because guess what? It's still not cancelled. I'm finally chatting with an agent online who I hope can help me, who knows? If you have to use Allstate, go with someone else. You'll never actually get to talk to Steve. (He's never emailed me back or reached out to me). And chances are if you've called for help, they won't get back to you and will act like jerks when you get frustrated about being forgotten about. Me? I'm happy with Progressive, they've given me great prices and great customer service. Good riddance!

  If you haven't spent much time on your personal insurance coverage and you have it just because you HAVE to have it, then you need to touch base with Steve Silvester and team. OUTSTANDING Pro's very organized, prompt, responsible, and most of all knowledgeable. Talk about taking away all the pain. The easiest and best experience I have ever had when it comes to the ever frustrating world of keeping me and mine insured!!!! CALL HIM TODAY, you won't regret it!!!
