- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Easily one of the worst customer service dealings I have ever had. I called to inquire about a significant premium increase, and instead of being given a legitimate reason or explanation by the female agent who took my call, she settled for the personal insult route. Not just once but twice. If it were this woman's goal to see how fast I would cancel my policy after 4+ years of doing business with her office, than she certainly succeeded. When I called to ask for the fax number to send my cancellation request, I was lucky enough to speak with the same individual who not surprisingly was just as unpleasant as she was on our initial call just a few short hours prior. Oh and I should mention, my new insurance company didn't really save me any money on my policy, they just didn't have a Shelby on the other end of the line throwing one liners or personally attacking their CUSTOMER. Having to even select 1 star for this was somewhat painful.By mraparker27, September 21, 2017
