- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Unfortunately, this bank and its personnel after my mothers passing provided in my strongest opinion, the most inhospitable, rudest, imoral, unethical and unlawful business services/practices I have ever experienced from a bank! My attorney provided all legal and necessary documents, and this banks response was: Ignore, defy, stall and refuse to speak with me to use account funds to pay her exspences after notification of passing! Instead of compassion, her accounts were secured, all autopay services were suspended (i.e. utilities) that created chaos. After this exteamly negative experience I would tell anyone interested in banking with Velocity to think twice, and bank elsewhere for their and their familys security!By Jack Nafpliotis, October 28, 2016
